The Hostel looks to had been setup in an old army base building. Great that there were only two beds per room. But no lifts and it was on the outskirts of Berlin. Summer and no air con or fans so the windows open but with h other guests/ worker smoking and drinking into the early hours outside the window, it was noisy.
