Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, describing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poor hygiene standards throughout the property. Breakfast was also a common complaint, with several guests noting that there was little or nothing to eat. While a few guests mentioned friendly or helpful staff and comfortable beds, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences. Value for price was mentioned as acceptable by some, but overall, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations for cleanliness and amenities.
