The GPS did not work well. The car would not start onthe last day of the trip and neither The Hertz office in Nice or in Spain would help. Allianz insurance would not help. I booked a car for 6 passengers only to be told its not big enough for our luggage.I was given a bigger car that I had to pay for. Then I was told that the car I purchased didn't include any Insurance at all and that I was liable up to 25000 Euro. in all I had to pay approx. another $450 Euro for the car. I wont waste my time on the holiday complaining and reporting this abuse of vulnerable travellers(when they don't have another choice and cancellation is not allowed) but when I get back to Sydney I will be making formal complaints10.0 Wonderful

The car was clean and well maintained.Cons:
The pick up and drop off experience could have been better. The staff was not very knowledgable regarding local laws even though they get tourists all the time. The rental was supposed to cost 240$ but they placed a hold of 1000$. Not sure if they are gonna remove that, or I'd have to talk to customer care to get that removed. Drop off was exceedingly painful with no clear instructions.8.0 Very Good
