Polite front desk and maintenance staff
Housekeepers cut corners on room; there was old red nail polish we mistook originally for blood on the bathroom floor and IN the bedsheets!

Nice employees, conveniently located and large rooms
Don’t put enough toilet paper or paper towels in rooms. I always run out first night. I understand that with COVID there is a shortage of paper products but at least put 1 spare roll in the room.

Booked a king suite but upon arrival was informed that they didn’t have any king rooms available so I was given a queen room at the same cost.

I checked into the room and then I went up to the room and they said it had already been cleaned but they were wrong nobody clean that room and I kind of did it all myself Because I didn’t want to wait for the maids And I never even told them about
I’ve been there twice and both times in two separate rooms it’s smelled like wet dog but other than that it’s a good motel but then I found out they let animals stay there well that’s the problemAnd I’m not an animal lov

The staff is great! They are always polite and work tirelessly to make sure our stay is comfortable. We are handicapped so we request a bottom floor room for easier access for us and also taking our service dog outside.
