Polite front desk and maintenance staff
Housekeepers cut corners on room; there was old red nail polish we mistook originally for blood on the bathroom floor and IN the bedsheets!

Donâ€™t put enough toilet paper or paper towels in rooms. I always run out first night. I understand that with COVID there is a shortage of paper products but at least put 1 spare roll in the room.
Booked a king suite but upon arrival was informed that they didnâ€™t have any king rooms available so I was given a queen room at the same cost.
I checked into the room and then I went up to the room and they said it had already been cleaned but they were wrong nobody clean that room and I kind of did it all myself Because I didnâ€™t want to wait for the maids And I never even told them about

The staff is great! They are always polite and work tirelessly to make sure our stay is comfortable. We are handicapped so we request a bottom floor room for easier access for us and also taking our service dog outside.
