Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location in the heart of the city, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring local attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help with everything from carrying bags to providing recommendations. Breakfast was frequently described as delicious, varied, and satisfying. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, as well as the comfort of the beds. Some minor drawbacks mentioned included the lack of an elevator, occasional noise, and rooms that felt a bit basic or chilly, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.
