Towels were fluffy. TV was easy to work. Structure a bit rundown but amenities functioned.

Cons (-) The extremely harsh way the management treated my family and the room where nothing worked.

Pros (+) Location was good. Restaurant was close by and drive way convenient.
Cons (-) The size of the room was small and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom door would not stay closed and the water was set up Hot was cold and cold was Hot. Very out dated room all in all. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Pros (+) I liked how easy most of the staff was to work with after the second or third interaction.
Cons (-) There was mold in the bathroom, mildew, and the shower head was damaged. The door to the bathroom had no lock and could ONLY be opened from the outside. The bed creaked and sagged in ways I thought I'd break it if I moved too much. The ottoman had stains of something on it. Upon entering the room the entire room smelled like an ash tray and kept smelling like an ash tray each day we'd come back to...

Cons (-) Last minute booking through an app for $71. Got to the office and was told the charge on my card would only be $48. They were wrong and I was charged the full amount by expedia. Not refundable. Stayed in room 116 NS. Couldn't believe the condition of this room. The ceiling had holes and plaster falling on the floor. Shower looked like it had gone through 50 years of abuse.
