Pros (+) The location and grounds were beautiful. Close to the beach. The room was intimate. Bed was very comfortable. Nice view from the balcony.
Cons (-) The facility needs updating and a good cleaning. Seat cushions in the lobby were dirty. Everything looked old and not well maintained. Food was awful. Some of the staff was helpful, but others were unenthusiastic and not very hospitable. The housekeeper did not replenish water bottles in our room. There is so much potential for this resort, just needs better management.
