Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, friendly service, and comfortable beds. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, noting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained common areas. The pool was frequently mentioned as closed or unusable, which disappointed guests who booked specifically for this amenity. While a few guests found their rooms clean and enjoyed positive interactions with staff, the overall impression was marred by cleanliness and maintenance issues.
