Elevators out of order (we were on 5th floor), no coffee in the morning. Overall unimpressive

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access Boston's attractions and public transport. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as comfortable beds in some rooms. However, several guests were disappointed with small or poorly lit rooms, issues with value for price, and occasional problems with amenities such as coffee makers or showers. Despite these drawbacks, the location and service stood out as highlights for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) They never answer the phone, emails, or even facebook messenger! I booked a pre-paid free-cancellation room and tried for around 2 months to cancel and get my refund due to COVID. I am yet to hear from them. Called tons of times and always "took my information to call back", never called back.
Pros (+) Lovely customer service. Cute hotel in the middle of Copley Square. Hot chocolate in the lobby after a chilly Boston day - how nice!!
