I used Kayak to make reservations at Fairmont Copley. Somehow there was 9 reservations made in my name even with a confirmation number from the company Kayak uses. The reservations were canceled by someone the day before our due date we were very luck that wedding coordinator found out and contacted us. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was large & very clean. All of the staff was exceptional from the front desk to the bellman & housekeeping. We loved Cori the black lab! Overall great location & highly recommend to anyone traveling to Boston.
