Pros (+) Room and hotel were nice.
Cons (-) Location was very loud. It was friday night and the noise outside did not stop until after 4am (car horns, loud drunk prople, police sirens). We literally got no sleep due to the extreme noise.

Cons (-) Unable to block out light from the street with blinds. No on site parking available. A better discount on local parking garage would make this hotel one of the best affordable stays in the city.
