10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is fast becoming my favourite place to stay while working in and around London. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love the homely feel of the place, the grounds are amazing can really unwind and enjoy the surrounding nature. Breakfast was 100% Good coffee and the cooked breakfast was delicious.
7.1 Good
Pros: Couldn’t fault the room on cleanliness, the location was stunning and breakfast was very good.
Cons: A small thing but access in and out of building after 9pm appeared to be limited so might not be the most suitable for late arrivals.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Difficult to get taxis in the area. The recommended taxi company by the hotel is very inefficient. When the taxi was requested initially mentioned that there is a 30 minute wait and at the end of 30 minutes, said need another 20 minutes and advised to try other companies, but had no luck. Not very sound-proof, next room girl’s screaming as a result of her union with her partner during the late night was very audible, but was still pleasant and nice.

Cons: The check in process was all machines and automated we have three rooms to check into and had to add all of the information separately which was quite frustrating and when we asked there was no alternative way for us to check in. I have no issues with automated self service options but it just seemed more complicated than it needed to be. Other than that the rooms were fine the food was good

Pros: After hours food options, which was key since we were flying in late and out the next morning.

Pros: Excellent plumbing, and the air temperature controls actually worked!
Cons: I don't like the Premier Inn beds. They are far too high, too soft, and try to swallow me whole. I had a backache every morning after sleeping at Premier Inns for seven nights during my trip to Britain.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff , excellent food at the restaurant . the hotel furniture and look is great and very confortable , the fitness room is great
Cons: the room was very noisy , maybe the protection against noise should be improved . I was unable to sleep due to outside noise .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stunning views over the Thames, delicious duck salad on room service and a very comfortable room. Great spa facilities and massage.
Cons: Very busy when we stayed so the pool and spa was quite crowded. We opted for a walk along the Thames and a later spa session to avoid the crowds
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff where very friendly and welcoming. The inside was beautiful with a nice vibrant atmosphere. The young gentleman looking after us for our hot tub experience (which by the way I would 100 % recommend booking as it's also complimentary) was very nice. He took pictures for us and gave us a glass of prosecco each as we where slightly over booked. The young lady at reception was also very helpful and friendly
Cons: The windows and facade didnt give the best first impression. If they sorted this it would have been perfect.
6.7 Good
Pros: The staffs of front desk are helpful
Cons: People keep smoking & making noise downstairs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff superb very friendly vibrant atmosphere
Cons: Absolutely Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was the main reason we came back to the hotel, we loved the buffet service and gourmet produce available with a view of the river. Our room this time was smaller than our last but equally comfortable and lovely. The dinner was nice at the Lock and Bar Kitchen and the wine was incredible.
Cons: Check out is a bit ridiculous, really dampens the mood on the way out when you have to queue for 20 minutes just to leave. Maybe a different service could be offered? The spa was nice, not enough loungers though and we had to sit on the floor. Also, big groups of regulars walked around owning the place so we couldn't get into the hot tub or into the nice adult only quiet section.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent. We ate at the Lock Bar both evenings and were impressed. Breakfast was also above expectations. The setting by the river was beautiful - peaceful and we had some lovely walks.
Cons: The bed was a disaster. We slept soooo badly both nights as the mattress was just too soft. It's the second time I have stayed there and my complaint is always the same. If only the beds were more comfortable it would really merit a 10 as everything else is excellent.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and location was great. Dinner was very good. Staff very friendly. Parking can be a challenge if you arrive late.
Cons: The only issue we came across was the cleaning on the room. The top of the thick black out curtains had a quarter of an inch of dust. The curtains had obviously not been cleaned for a very, very long time and not even dusted. The rest of the room was very good so not sure how the curtains are being missed, it was very obvious.

The bed was lovely and comfortable and also the bathroom was spacious and clean as was the whole room itself, will definitely be back, overall a great overnight stay
Cons: Nothing to comment

Cons: The elevator to the annex rooms, I got lost every time I want to go to the restaurant. The staff a the restaurant harass you to complete your breakfast when you are still sitting to finish your food around eleven. They almost kick you out. There should be a hotel shuttle to go the airport For the clients.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, nice, and the service was spectacular. A great way to end our trip to London.
Cons: If it was a bit closer to the city, we would have stayed the entire time. BUT getting us closer to Heathrow was why we stayed there, so I guess it served an even greater purpose.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Croissants were very good. Lobby was beautiful. Concierge tried to be helpful. Our waiter in the restaurant was friendly.
Cons: All food was over priced. Staff officious, unfriendly, unhelpful. The room was ugly and depressing, the most unappetizing shade of brown you can imagine. The room had a musty smell, like mold. Thermostat didn't work. The lighting in the room was irritating. No draft beer in the bar, unbelievable! This is England, after all. Service was totally lacking. Every time we asked a question we got a different answer, staff was uninformed or deliberately misleading.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Early check-in, friendly staff
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Hated the whole experience
Cons: Hated everything about this hotel. We chose to stay at this hotel as we had an early morning flight the following day. There were 2 weddings being held and kids running around corridors screaming for 3 hours. We complained and Manager organised for security to stop this. Then when we finally did get to sleep we had a call at 3.00am asking if we had ordered room service which we hadn't. The call woke us up and we didnt sleep again. Do not stay at this hotel if you want a rest before your flight. We were told the kids running around was normal ans they are a function centre as well as a hotel. They gave us a free meal but did not compenstate for the noise. Horrible experience. And beds are hard as a rock.

Pros: The close proximity to Terminal 2 and the car drop-off point. (The hire company said fuel would be hard to get and expensive, Wrong, there was a Tesco opposite the hotel. )

Cons: Inconsistent and confusing extra bed policy. Overall the hotel proves to be very difficult when trying to accommodate 2 children in a room.
6.8 Good
Cons: We had a medical emergency forcing us to cancel stay with about 24 hours notice. Agent conceded system would not let them cancel full cost, but perhaps manager would. Manager was not in until Monday. Didn’t hear back. (Will change score if he messages me and explains my account was refunded.)
9.0 Excellent

Pros: Modern and excellent fittings and furniture. Carpeted and clean rooms and bathrooms with very good fittings and amenities
Cons: Not near underground station but well served by London buses.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was excellent literally 5 minutes from the airport. The rooms were a good size and on the return visit we did manage to get adjoining rooms. Nice pool.
Cons: On the first night of our holiday we went to the restaurant. Oh dear! I have never waited so long for what was a below average meal. Some things were cold, some things were under cooked and some things were just missing. The waitress, bless her tried but I could tell that we weren’t the only ones who had a grumble. Suffice to say we didn’t return. I mentioned in the likes box above how nice it was to have the adjoining room. It was just a shame that the lock was broken when we arrived so we couldn’t initially open it. Got fixed eventually.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff all around...front desk, lounge/bar, and breakfast. I especially enjoyed the breakfast itself. I ordered poached eggs with avocado and salmon. It was fantastic!
Cons: It’s not a big deal, but I was expecting an airport shuttle. The property is so close to the airport, I figured one or two would have been available for pick up and drop off. After I checked out, one of the desk clerks called an Uber for me, so it was fine.
7.9 Good
Cons: Additional cost for parking, Additional cost for breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable rooms, suitable for work and rest, excellent facilities, good food, the gym and pool was an extra added joy!
Cons: Would have preferred a small fridge in the room instead of a tiller.

7.5 Good
Pros: Perfect for an early morning flight. Easy to find in the airport. Good wifi. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Very casual staff. Everything looking a bit tired and old - dirty, worn carpet, and the bed frame was peeling. The room was even smaller than I had imagined, it felt quite claustrophobic, and it was difficult to fit my luggage in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was so amazing! And I’m a neat freak and the room passed my test. It was a journey to get to terminal 4 from terminal 3 late night, so i needed a cab but in the morning i enjoyed a free espresso and caught the train downstairs.
Cons: It is small! So do not be surprised, but if you have more than one person get a larger room than the standard
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, well laid out room, comfortable.
Cons: Around 0500, started getting pretty noisy. Not sure why, maybe everybody was getting up and flushing toilets. Nearly time to get up, anyway.
6.7 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right inside Heathrow, which was very convenient for my eleven hour layover and early morning connecting flight. I loved the clever use of space. Very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for my needs.
Cons: I loved the small size, but I also had seen photos online and knew what I was getting into. This is a micro hotel room, which might not suit some travelers.
7.1 Good
Pros: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and obvious proximity to my gate of departure. Not having to commute to Heathrow is a plus.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very convenient for next morning flight. Staff are very friendly and eager to help.

Pros: Easy check in.rooms great.atmosphere good.
Cons: No kettle or tea making facility.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and peaceful. I like the lighting system.
Cons: We missed breakfast time because we over slept due to jet lag but we would have enjoyed the stay more if staff were willing to at least offer a little cereal instead of saying "the times are advertised and if you miss breakfast that's not our fault sorry there's nothing we can do for you".
7.5 Good
Pros: Location to Heathrow very good. Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed.
Cons: No kettle, tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No iron/ironing board....standard in most hotels! Problem with computers at check in so very long queue built up, not the staff fault obviously though not much in the way of an apology! Very limited choice of food available in bar area.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The price was good and location great.
Cons: The room location was noisy and not very soundproof against the bustling traffic on the main road. Bathroom was small for a queen suite.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Cool room decor
Cons: Huge noisy party going on all over lobby when I arrived. Couldn’t find check-in desk. Couldn’t hear what clerk was saying because noise was so loud. Couldn’t get WiFi in room but couldn’t call desk because no phone in room. Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to Hatton Cross station. Comfortable room.
Cons: Taxi was 10 minutes late because he was asleep behind the hotel. Nothing much around there to walk to.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to airport, friendly staff, cleanliness
Cons: Should provide shuttle service to airport and usb charging ports in rooms (besides tv which has to be left on to charge). I searched for hotels with free breakfast but when I checked in was told it had not been included.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were so comfortable and breakfast outstanding!
Cons: Air conditioning could be better, had to get a fan for our room. Did not like that A/C went off automatically, Woke up hot in middle of night and had to get up and turn A/C back on
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Walkable to a good English pub. Extremely clean and quiet, despite proximity to airport. Overnighting here is a great choice to break up the legs of a very long flight (e.g., Middle East to North America). Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: It's ridiculous that the Hoppa bus costs 9 pounds per person to get from the airport (round trip). From the ground floor, the elevators need your room card to function, and they would read our room card only sporadically. Hair dryer was broken.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An inexpensive way to be near Heathrow Airport while enjoying quiet comfort and friendly staff.
Cons: Visitors using the Picadilly Line have one flight of stairs to exit the Tube. But not bad at all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, quiet room.
Cons: There's a closer Hilton in the airport but it was easy enough to get to on the hotel hopper bus.
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenience
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location and the breakfast buffet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good for an airport hotel.
Cons: A bit of an expensive cab ride if you get in after the hotel hopper bus stops running for the night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the front desk staff very accommodating, as we arrived early from the us, she advised us to have breakfast & get settled first & she would do her best. before our meal was done she came to advise us both of our rooms were ready. Now that is service.
Cons: I needed an airport shuttle, I assumed it was provided by the hotel? It was not as we boarded shuttle we were told it must be pre paid by apple pay or cash. we did not have currency yet after flying 22 hours. not the best first impression of London to st

Pros: The location is great for early morning or late night flights in or out of Heathrow. Really convenient for shuttle buses to the Terminals, and a really handy car rental service also based at the hotel. The staff are always friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing to complain about. We have stayed a few times and will be back if/when needed.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room outdated. Floors were stained and seemed dirty. Several Calls to the front desk with no response. TV not working properly. Mini fridge not working. Food from room service was bad.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The proximity to the Heathrow Airport
Cons: We asked for a wake up call and did not receive one. Our initial room was dusty and not clean and we were then moved into another room. We had to request face towels two days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to a spacious room and was very clean but it was not close to the airport.
Cons: About a 20 minutes drive from airport although it's on the route of the Hoppa
4.0 Okay
Pros: I enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. We also have a very good dinner in the lounge.
Cons: Unfortunately, we had no idea that there are renovations happening. Our room was NOT up to par at all. Our toilet didn't flush, the walls were shackled with no finish, and it was just a mess in general.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The assistance of your staff.Did not like being charged £9.00 for taxi to Terminal one as I thought £4.00 was figure mentioned by your staff.Patrick Madden.
6.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to Heathrow airport. Quiet. Brilliant breakfast.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was equiped with a very nice staff
Cons: no breakfast deal in a quite handsome amount of money
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: We requested non-smoking and breakfast, but it didn't arrange. We waited many time for check-in and check-out.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Plenty of facilities; restaurants, gym, spa and shop. However we chose the hotel for its locationa nd the shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Thought the internet was poorly priced, i.e. too expensive.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very nice hotel, and served my purpose well as an overnight stay to be close to Heathrow for an early morning flight back to the States.Nice and quiet, even though it is so close to Heathrow.
Cons: Don't know who's fault, but when I arrived, hotel had no record of my reservation. a little scarey, as I was being dropped off by my parents, after a 5 hour drive from South Wales, before my flight the next day, back to the us. After probably 15 minutes, the receptionist made a new reservation, and all was well. The other thing that was not good, was that I did not get my 6am wake up call, which could've made for a bad situation, as I was catching a plane! Also, it was not easy to get to off the M4...got lost and ended up on the m25!!
5.2 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Had to wait for check in, had no record of room with breakfast booked over the internet but found booking was in first name. good job I printer copy to show.
6.0 Good
Pros: Clezan, mostly quite quiet, ideally located for Heathrow / m25
Cons: For the second time in succession it took nearly an hour to check in as the Active Hotels Booking had not been received by the hotel. Required phonce calls to Active Hotels to resolve. Not what you need at 7pm at night after a long flight etc etc.
6.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Early check in after a long haul flight was not possible
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel staff generally good. Room ok, but sink drain a bit slow!
Cons: Hotel could not find my booking on the system at all - I.E. no record of the Active Hotels booking. So check-in took nearly 20 minutes whilst we sorted out a new booking.

When you stay at The Boleyn Hotel in Staines, you'll be in the business district, a 3-minute drive from Thorpe Park and 8 minutes from Wentworth Golf Club. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms clean Staff friendly
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice size rooms, and easy access. Little smoking area right out the back, was blissfully quiet after a hectic day at Thorpe Park.
Cons: We had a super kingsize bed but unfortunately the duvet was only a double... it didn’t even stretch to the sides of the bed... the heated towel rail was on constantly which made it quite hot and the hot breakfast was a bit cold... there was a good selection tho.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Conveniently close to Staines town centre
Cons: The hotel often organises events, which can be heard at any place in the hotel. If you want to go there and sleep and they are having an event, then you're in the wrong place. As for the shower, the hot water comes in waves and goes from hot to cold and the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't the best either.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, breakfast, bathroom, very tidy and clean all round. Good sized car park, great location.
Cons: Room doors aren't soundproofed, you can hear everything. Bed was very lumpy and every time you turn over you can hear springs.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Room seemed cold on arrival but weather was terrible
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nothing, the hotel exceeded our expectations
Cons: Fantastic stay, got a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Lovely decor, solid feel, clean, quiet and a quality Indian restaurant attached to the premises. Beautiful place to stay, just a few yards away from the River Thames. Lots of parking too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. Buffet style but as well as the normal bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and beans there were mushrooms, tomatoes and hash browns. Also available fruit juice, fresh fruit, melon slices, toast, yoghurt, croissant and a selection of cereals.
Cons: There's no lift because it's an old building that has been very well refurbished. If you have problems with stairs or lots of luggage ask for a ground or first floor room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good indian restaurant
Cons: Bed was ridiculously soft.
The Cottage Guest House Heathrow - Hounslow - Building

8.3 Excellent (291 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Hounslow (Heston West), The Cottage Guest House Heathrow is within a 10-minute drive of Twickenham Stadium and Griffin Park Stadium. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.4 Okay
Pros: I liked their bed and the bsthroom is modern and spacious. However the shower is always regulated, so you can't enjoy a hot shower. I like the fact the the time you arrive in your room, there is a cold bottle of water wsit8ng for you in the fridge in the room.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that, the fast thing you experience is your shoes sticking on the room floor, indicating dirty floor. When you remove your shoes, whether your socks or your feet becomes dirty immediately. I personally had to use one of the towels to to clean around where we are walking. You can see some dust around the bedside Chester of drawer. The house keeper need to do their job. I would urge the management to go around and check the room cleaners. Otherwise. The breakfast ordering service is outraged, breakfast buffet is quick and gives customer chance to eat what they want and also reduces the time spent ordering as if you are in a restaurant. If the own thinks he is saving, I think he should calculate the pay for staff who do the cooking and the service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Secure site within a gated area, set back from main road with an open garden so atmosphere is relaxed. Care and attention from staff was excellent. Spacious room and a comfortable sleep. A nice bonus to have a small fridge in the room. On a bus route and very close to main A-roads so access was not a problem. Good pub/restaurant immediately across the road for dinner.
Cons: Finding the driveway was difficult on the first visit as we missed the small B&B sign. Some areas of the room have been upgraded e.g. bedding and upholstery, whilst others need some attention e.g. replacing discoloured sealant around shower unit - it seemed clean, just old.
7.5 Good
Cons: No hot water in the morning. Room 20
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room very clean good facilities felt comfortable and safe slept well and breakfast was excellent
Cons: Excellent room considering The location would stay again Water pressure in bathroom very low Would not pay anymore than £60 to stay there.
6.0 Good
Pros: Friendly welcome from the Manager as always. Comfortable room and bed. Clean and spacious bathroom with good facilities.
Cons: Flat screen TV simply did not work. Even the Manager could not get it to work. Shower head needs adjusting or cleaning to provide an even flow from the full shower head. Breakfast choices were limited compared to previous visits, and coffee was not fresh.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable. Personable staff. Excellent location to airport. Pub and food very close.
