Pros: Great location for getting many places within the city. Rooms were updated in the last 5-10 years. Cons; rooms are very small. Shower head was too powerful for the tiny power stall so water got everywhere if the door was ajar. The Cable and Chromecast didn’t work for my entire stay due to a broken part that was delayed in shipment. This impacted three floors. Would’ve appreciated a discount ...

I was a little disappointed with the lack of services “due to covid”. Plus, the shower did not get very warm and had a very low flow. We were cold getting out of the shower. It is a great location to be able to walk to the North End and the historic sites, but don’t expect Hyatt luxury.

Pros (+) Great location in downtown Boston and the staff was super helpful! The room was clean and quiet and check in took less than 2 minutes....exactly what I look for on business trips.
