Charming small hotel in a residential area. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Nice continental breakfast between 7 and 9:30. The owners operate the hotel and are very accommodating. Great location if you are a birder - just 3 miles from Walden Ponds!

Pros:The owner was very welcoming and made the stay easy. Nice family run business in a neighborhood within walking distance to Avery brewery.

Pros:everything was absolutely wonderful! the owners were kind and accommodating! the blanket on the bed was the most comfortable ever! they made sure we had space for a family of 6 we had a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch and still had room in the room! the breakfast in the morning was absolutely wonderful. it snowed so the playground was covered with snow which was great for the kids they got to play in the snow. they had a wonderful library with great books for the kids.
Cons:the only downfall was that we didn't get to stay long enough it was only an overnight trip we will definitely be back.
