3. Second car was an "upgrade" but it too was not clean.
4. Personnel not knowledgeable or helpful.

Pros: The van we rented looked good and ran well.
Cons: Since it was winter, we did get into some snow. The car could have had more appropriate tires.

Reserved Car Online - No Car Available.
Pros: One of the three places I reserved a call with, of the 3, called me quickly to say they did not have a car.
Cons: I reserved a car online at one of 3 area Enterprise locations. They did not have a car. Neither did the other Enterprise locations I reserved a car with online. Two places did not call me to inform me they did not have a car. If you can reserve it online, there should be a car available. What is this, an airline??

Car broke down
Pros: I eventually got a new one
Cons: Bad attitude when I called to ask for a replacement.
No ability for help when I was potentially stranded at night on a highway.

Great but pricey
Pros: Great service, excellent car.
Cons: It's too expensive for me to be able to use this service very often. I'd probably use Uber or Lyft or the bus system next time.

Pros: We had a choice of a car or a pickup truck for the same price.
Cons: Check in was quick and easy. However, The car was stuck in 4x4 all week. Drop off took some additional time because the location was understaffed.

Terrible corporate customer service
Pros: The staff at the location itself was very great and helpful. The car was very clean, new, and was perfect for my 2 week business trip.
Cons: The customer service is set up that you cannot talk to the staff at the location you are renting from. If the local location does not pick up in 2 rings, it goes to an automated "help desk" that is not helpful at all. I got through all of her questions and she said she could not help me. I voiced to talk to a person and she connected me to the corporate office help desk and he had incorrect information about my reservation. Because of that, he could not help me adjust my reservation and made the check-in a headache for the local office staff when I got back. He also let me know they have a 29 minute "grace period" to return my car or there were fees attached. No one let me know that at the time of rental. Likely never renting here again.

Pros: Anthony was great and very helpful when I picked up the car, Really appreciated his customer service. He was the only one I could reach if I had a question, which was super helpful.
Cons: However, I only used the car to drive to do errands one day very nearby and I returned it a day early, and the gas tank was on full as far as I could tell. When I returned it, another man said it was not full and I was very surprised to see my charges jump $20. I did not use it enough to be charged that much more.
Also there is NO WAY to talk to anyone at the local office. Calls are sent to the national voice mail and it is ridiculously hard to get any local information without being able to talk to someone there. Thank goodness I was able to communicate with Anthony. But you guys need to make things easier and cut out the surprise extra charges.

Boulder Location just ok service
Pros: The van was excellent and in great shape. Location is good
Cons: The reps at the location are a bit rude, dirty in appearance and not very helpful.
They charged me more than my reservation and still fighting about that.

A couple of "firsts"
Pros: Good car. Convenient pick up and drop off locations. Good price.
Cons: Car not clean at pick up. Had to scrape ice from car at pick up. Car windshield was dirty in the inside. An issue in both sun and night driving. All of these were a first for me in a car rental.

Budget is the worst
Cons: Unable to rent a car because refused my payment method.
Pros: We were very happy to be able to rent this vehicle in Boulder and return to an Avis outlet in Denver. We were also very pleased to receive a Ford Escape rather than the sedan that we thought we would get.

No credit for early return
Cons: I returned the car 2-1/2 days early and I only received a small refund for approx. $7
Pros: The service at the Hertz rental office was excellent. My paperwork was processed quickly and I was on my way in no time.

Great customer service reps - Great value for money
Pros: Customer service reps at this facility are awesome. Friendly, excited to be work, and very energetic when engaging with all customers who were there including myself. Pickup and drop off was a breeze and all charges were accurate. Got an awesome rate on a mini-van for the week and would be back here in the second for future rental needs.
Cons: Vehicle was a little more dinged up and dirty than expected but this was a minor inconvenience overall.
