Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly, professional staff, especially in the restaurant and spa. Many appreciated the amenities, spacious spa, and some found the breakfast and food to be good, though opinions on breakfast variety and quality were mixed. Some guests were disappointed with room sizes, value for price, and aspects of the service, particularly at reception. The location is perfect. Right next to the skilift and there are a lot of restaurant options around the hotel. You would expect from a hotel at this price range to offer free bottled water in the room and a tissue box in the bathroom.... The SPA area is really nice, but no personel throughout the day..... we couldn't find one single person around the pool and jacuzzi area at noon time.
