Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very welcoming and homely. Lovely breakfast.
Cons: Extra socket to charge 2 phones at night perhaps.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Debbie has a lovely house and is a lovely person. Accidentally left an item in the room and she went out of her way to drive to Bristol to return it to me. Breakfast plentiful and quality produce. Highly recommend this property.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were in Blagdon for a family wedding in nearby Coombe Lodge. Debbie was the perfect host; friendly, welcoming and attentive. We had two rooms, both of which were very comfortable with fresh flowers and a welcome tray of tea, coffee and biscuits, which was replenished each day. The dining room, once the village sweet shop, has a lovely ambience. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, featuring local produce and soft fruits from the garden.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A lovely B&B in an ideal location for our needs. Debbie is a lovely host and the breakfast was wonderful! We would definitely visit again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nothing not to like. We were given a choice of 3 beautifully decorated rooms, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, the breakfasts were divine and it was outstanding.
Cons: Nothing. It was fantastic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very welcoming hosts. Breakfast worthy of Michelin star, tasty and beautifully presented. Great location. Definitely will be back
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Debbie was a wonderful host. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Location was great. Choice of 2 pubs/restaurants within walking distance. Will visit again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly welcome, great room, fresh milk (hurrah!), comfy bed and fabulous breakfast, followed by a lovely chat with Debbie and Nigel. Highly recommend!
Cons: No complaints!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I do t think I’ve ever felt more at home anywhere I’ve stayed. A lovely couple and a lovely property. I was treated like a queen.
Cons: The pictures don’t do this place justice, it was lovely and had a real cosy cottage feel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent - good choice - fresh food
Cons: Traffic noise but given a choice of rooms so we weren’t on the front
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Needed a hotel for a wedding close by. Forget your "cheap" travelodge deals. This was the same price pretty much with a warm friendly welcome fantastic comfortable bed and a very good breakfast.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, exceptionally positive reception staff, clean comfortable facilities and even breakfast for a 5.00 am start
Cons: Nothing...just perhaps the reception staff could do with help in bar/ restaurant as they have to fulfill both roles.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: efficient
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very clean comfortable and 3 minutes from the airport, would definitely recommend.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to terminal
Cons: The lighting above the dining tables are too low and a hazard. On getting up from my seat I made contact with the heavy metal lamp shade. I discussed it with duty manager who said he was aware of the hazard. Incredible they let people get hurt. He did eventually move the tables slightly to avoid people hurting themselves. Layer in 5he day,I was sat having dinner, and an elderly gentleman got up, and he also hurt his head. Crazy design. Needs to be changed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfy bed and lovely staff
Cons: Can't wait to stay again... If I had one complaint it would be the food was not of good standard with our evening meal.... Everything was spotless and fantastic staff
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was a great choice for the location right in the airport, very convenient for leaving very early in the morning. My daughter had a great time.
Cons: Nothing negative.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Proximity of the Airport. Breakfast.
Cons: Hotel food was of poor quality.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This was an overnight stay at an airport hotel. It was comfortable and close to the airport. We also got a later check out which was much appreciated. Self service breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The food menu was limited the chilli I had lacked meat and taste.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast did not start until after we had to check in at the airport. Dinner the night before was awful
Cons: Menu is dreadful
Excellent 10.0
The only problem which is MAJOR is the very steep slope up to the Airport from the Hotel. If raining it would be very difficult. There needs to be a porterage system in place.
Excellent 10.0
Appreciated very early breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Short walk to the airport, everything you need. Great take away continental breakfast to take away for early flights.
Good 6.0
My staying there was really good. Staffs were kind and very helpful. The room was very clean, and bed comfortable. I really recommend this hotel
Excellent 9.0
convenient stop before an early flight. managed to have a quick inclusive breakfast which proved a godsend when the airport security was very slow.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Hampton Inn looked like a brand new hotel sandwiched between the airport terminal and car rental return. Incredibly convenient location for any traveler with early flights!
Good 7.4
Pros: Location meant you could walk to the terminal and the hotel smart and modern. Rooms well designed and comfortable.
Cons: The hotel had problems with the key programming machine, air conditioning and coffee machines. The staff were therefore harassed and not as efficient as you would expect.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable and friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service. Prompt pick up and drop off. Very friendly. Great room. Definitely use again.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service and hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Booked this place really quickly and what an amazing find! There a no staff as such, at least we didn’t c any, we had a very nice room with a wet room. There was a fully equipped kitchen with lots of takeaway menus of places that deliver, so although no pub/restaurant food is still available. We med a really nice guy who even gave my hubby a couple of beers.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and quiet place, possibility to order food for delivery, 24h free airport shuttle,
Cons: Could have a larger TV with Netflix or Sky as it can get quite boring spending a night waiting on your flight.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My flight was delayed and I still got picked up at midnight. The pick up service is excellent and the hotel has a great location. Rooms were comfortable and were very clean. Would highly recommend.
Good 7.0
Pros: £50 for a comfy bed and a free shuttle to the airport. What more do you need?
Cons: It’s a little basic. For example, the bathroom was a wet room with an old shower head but for the price you definitely can’t complain.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Excellent staff, the room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Room 10 was cold and the radiator in room was broken, loud guests having a party in the kitchen until 0000 and due to this I was unable to get much sleep ,and finally the Shower pressure / temperature was too low .
Good 7.1
Pros: No breakfast
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Once you have arrived, it is a rather hassle free experience. The place is clean and just off the main road which is nice.
Cons: Very hard to find the lodge. Came in from the other direction as I followed GPS instructions and only found the place after looking at other reviews to turn at the plane. Receptionist was rather rude after I explained that it was hard to find, as if I was stupid.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic room, great size, big comfy bed. Hotel owners very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience, would definitely return.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location suits us as this is our 3rd stay at Redhill. always friendly, always clean, breakfast is continental and plenty of it sets you up for the day, as we do a lot of walking. and site seeing. well worth a visit.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The downstairs room ( we rented 2 rooms ) was great and enjoyable .
Cons: We were so disappointed over the very poor quality of the room 7? Upstairs room we rented - tobacco under the pillow , smelled or tobacco smoke , damp bedding and a staff who was very badly trained in customer communication . They didn’t appear wanting or able to find resolution - which is all we wanted . I hate leaving bad review but guys this was so unfair - we didn’t sleep a wink . We slept with clothes on and very poor sleep due to conditions of room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fab boutique hotel beautiful swimming pool and gardens. Perfect 5 minutes drive to airport perfect way to start a holiday
Excellent 10.0
Pros: it was very convenient for our needs. we had family funeral in Axbridge ..
Cons: expensive for taxi’s , busy main road nearby and no hot food at breakfast ( Shame) … everything else ok - would not be a great hotel with mobility issues .. the indoor pool not available until after 4pm daily that was a shame ..,
Excellent 8.0
Pros: - A lovely, very clean hotel; looks like it's recently been decorated (not so 'out dated' per previous comments) - Friendly and helpful staff - Very quiet rooms with great aircon (no need to open the windows to the noise) - Powerful shower - Amazing views over mendips - Couldn't comment on pool as it was shut
Cons: - After making the booking and picking the hotel based on bonus of pool & spa facilities; received an email a week before saying these weren't available during our stay which was disappointing. Price felt steep considering and could have booked elsewhere cheaper (rectified with a bottle of complimentary wine). - Hotel asked us to arrive in the morning prior to heading off to a wedding, time was agreed but on arrival staff were unaware of this and room wasn't ready, resulted in being placed in a different room that was ready sooner - Breakfast was very continental; although could be improved (cheese was in slabs rather slices, a hot option eg eggs would be beneficial) - Very firm bed, not to everyone's comfort
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Nice friendly staff, secure carpark, and lovely indoor pool. Lovely room which was my the road, but the double glazing was good so you couldn't hear the cars.
Cons: Smell from drain in bathroom. Pillows a little hard and lumpy.

Cons: Would have liked some drinking water
Poor 1.0
Pros: The bathroom looked good appart from silly broken plug.

Good 7.0
Pros: Proximity to airport - 5 minute walk We were able to leave the car there while on holiday. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Cons: Tiny room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location close to the airport as we were on foot. Our plane was delayed but Terry was very helpful by explaining how to get by foot to the hotel in the dark. Plenty of coffee and biscuits were available and cereal breakfast for the next morning. The room was nice and warm. Would stay again if using Bristol airport.
Cons: The room and shower was a little bit small but this is common place for a 1 night type accommodation.

Good 7.0
Pros: Really clean and cosy room and everything worked as it should. Good dinner and breakfast choices. Good service. No noise from the bar/restaurant. Free parking. Very convenient for Bristol.
Cons: Room at front had lots of road noise, it's very close to the busy road. Banging fire doors are disturbing, but not unexpected at a pub hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: staff very friendly, meals excellent and good value
Cons: some road noise but that couldn’t be helped
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great location great parking great staff great food
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We had a super big room with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was great Staff were very helpful
Cons: We had a dressing table in the room which was sticky - not really an issue for us
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Delicious food, friendly staff and amazing shower!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The bar is very comfortable and food is good. We always stay here when flying from Bristol as it is very comfortable and convenient.
Cons: Bathroom a bit cold there is heating in the bedroom but not the bathroom but wouldn’t put us off
Okay 4.0
Pros: Room was damp and cold and had a "Musty Smell" Woudnt stay again for that reason
Good 7.0
Pros: Becky (I hope I have her name right ...she had long blonde hair and a lovely disposition) was fabulous and couldn't do enough for us. I was travelling with two kids, 11 and 9 and she was awesome with the kids, which meant a lot. I noticed she was wonderful with everybody, so kind and accommodating. She's a lovely person, what can I say?! For the price, the accommodation was as expected. We were 5 minutes drive from the airport which was exactly what we needed.
Cons: I can't grumble for the price!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and tidy helpful and friendly staff only thing is I used to able to sleep near a main road with traffic.
Cons: Used to be able to sleep beside main road with traffic
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast and Dinner were very good. Served promptly and hot. Wine also very nice, we drank the Malbec
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Perfect place to stay if you need to sleep near Bristol airport. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: We stayed there during consecutive weekends. The first weekend, the room was nice and the staff was very accommodating, especially since we arrived well before the 2pm reservation. The next weekend was also nice, with the staff very helpful in finding taxis for us during our stay. Room 9, the room we stayed in during the latter trip, was nice a roomy, but a tad warm. When we open the windows to cool off, the traffic noise from the outside was too loud to sleep. However, by that time, the room had cooled enough to fall asleep. All in all, a very nice place to stay, eat, and enjoy the Bristol area.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location for me, lovely accommodation and very helpful staff.
Cons: Drunk noisy neighbours, staff spoke to them promptly and resolved the issue though.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: My partner and I loved the feel of the room we had. The bed was huge, the tv even had Netflix, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Although the lodge is situated on a busy road we weren’t disturbed at all by noise. For us it was a very good location for the places we wanted to go to. Next time I’m staying in the area will definitely try and book again. Being able to park the car right outside and for free (a bonus these days) was a plus too.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Really nice play to stay, comfortable bed, clean, good facilities.
Cons: Nothing, it was really nice
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very spacious. Close to where I needed to be.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Communication was good Hassle free check in
Cons: Where do I start...initially booked then had an email stating the restaurant wasnt open for food ( not on the advert) no tea milk or any thought to provide any comforts for a drink. The "patio," is the walkway overlooking the road ( completely misadvertised) The bed linen must of been decades old and had patched repairs ( who patches a duvet cover!!??) Had to buy pillows as awful. Surely can stretch to some decent bed linen. I paid 530 for 3 nights total RIP off. And I had to ask for my deposit back. It was clean but uninviting. RIP in sofa covered up by wrapping a blanket over it. Surely cant be that hard up! Overall terrible sadly.
Good 7.0
Pros: Missing little touches like water in fridge, shower gel, shampoo, tissue. Needs a bit more cleanliness attention.
Cons: Nice, open room with very comfy bed. Well provided kitchen. Lots of space, nice deco. Easy check in and check out.

Cons: Booked an early morning call, which we never got told reception at check out, didn’t seem bothered could have missed our flight not a good start to the day
Excellent 10.0
Pros: cleanliness comfort and very friendly helpful staff
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very good location near the Bristol airport
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff were attentive pleased restaurant was open.
Cons: Dreadful lack of car parking spaces, this needs to be addressed. Although staff serving food were excellent, the time between courses was far to long, kitchen needs attention.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff especially a young lady named Elle who was most helpful and attentive at all times. The car parking and airport shuttle bus service was the main reason for choosing to stay at this hotel and it more than met expectations.
Cons: The food, the dinner menu was very limited and not very appealing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was a good size with a comfy double bed. Breakfast was nice with a good selection on offer. Staff were great, welcoming, friendly and approachable.
Cons: The door to the bathroom in the room was really annoying!

Cons: Room was not clean, ie wc was stained.
Good 6.0
Pros: beautiful grounds
Cons: smell in room, stained chair and carpets
Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: noise run down
Good 7.0
Pros: clean and warm room ,a bit too warm !
Cons: self heated tiles in the bathroom
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The disabled facilities are astounding, so good and the family room was two separate rooms within the 1 room. Could easily sleep 6 with the two twin rooms and the sofa bed. Great value for money. Friendly polite staff. And just a short drive from Bristol city centre.
Cons: There were a few marks on the carpet, but over all the room was clean.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: My room was lovely as was the view. Staff were really nice but it’s empty needs some rugs, plants furniture downstairs. And reception could do with some work. But, I had a really good night and the food was lovely. Shame no breakfast. Could be fantastic but it was lovely. Thank you
Cons: As above
Good 7.6
Quaint and comfy, our room had lovely hot working shower.
Excellent 8.4
Externally needs some TLC but but better inside. Good size room. Bathroom is a wet room so somewhat wet floor after you've had a shower. Much cheaper than anywhere else. Lovely grounds. Near to airport but very quite.

Okay 4.0
Pros: Very friendly staff, very good location for the airport
Cons: It was very cold in the room, the heating was only put on when we arrived, the bathroom was also absolutely freezing, had to put a coat on to use the toilet.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location for Airport and Football Stadium, clean and lots of food available in the local area, Staff were polite and helpful when needed Great to have a fridge.
Cons: Needs a few hooks in the bathroom on the wall or even on the back of the door would be helpful as nowhere to hang, towels bath or hand towel !!!
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and pub across the road
Cons: Smoke alarm was missing, fridge didn't work and continental breakfast was rub
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: cheapest
Cons: toilet was blocked, beds were not cozy, it say breakfast included, but it was mini boxes of children’s cereal, and we were told to be out by 11am then to have the cleaners banging the door down and trying to get in at 9:30 when we were still asleep after not getting in till 3am, and the room was freezing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: proximity to airport, small breakfast available jn room for early departures.
Good 6.8
Single room - 1 night- staff friendly & helpful- room basic but tired. W.C & shower clean but carpets could have benefitted from good hoover. Bed was old & mattress springs were a little uncomfortable- however for one night stopover it was passable. Transport to airport for £4 was efficient & driver friendly & helpful.
Excellent 8.8
OK so it's not the Ritz and whoever tiled the bathroom was having an off day but the location is perfect for the airport and it's clean and tidy. Bit noisy being by the main road and the window in our room couldn't be shut but no big deal, and the locals in the pulic bar over the road at the Airport Tavern were hilarious. Will certainly use again, and I'll park my car there too while I'm away, cheaper than all airport options.
Mediocre 2.4
Not a place I will be going back to Honestly very poor Noisy room at the end of a main road. Room dirty Shower block dirty Please don’t stay here ! If I could share photos I would I could not sleep so much so I left at 5 am to go to work it was that bad !!!!!!
Okay 5.2
Location is excellent, some 8 min easy walk from the airport. Bed linen and towels were clean, but the carpet hasn't been hoovered in weeks, windows dirty, furniture - including mattress - probably from a charity shop. The room certainly did not look like the one on the advertising photo. ;-) Will not stay there again.
Excellent 8.5
I liked that it is very close to the airport so if you land late you can always go by taxi and stay at this accommodation. Nice staff and clean rooms. From the outside it doesn't look amazing, but well, it is not the end of the world.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is great for the airport and exploring the local towns and villages.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The cottage is absolutely beautiful and very clean on the inside. The owner has put so much thought into how to make stays Covid safe. No contact check in, masks mandatory in corridors. Breakfast placed outside your room. So close to Cheddar Gorge. Thank you so much for a fab stay.
Cons: Nothing not to like.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely quiet location views around the area where amazing old school beams and country feel
Cons: Not much to not like really
Good 7.0
Pros: It was very quiet and cosy and perfect for one night away in the countryside. There was ample parking and the views were stunning! The bedroom itself was quite comfortable too.
Cons: The breakfast was a stock standard croissant with dairy products (yoghurt, etc) and a piece of fruit - most of which we did not consume because we don’t eat dairy products. We also did not see a living soul while we were there - I understand under covid concerns that it is what it is, but I found it odd, even so to not see anyone at all.
Good 7.2
We spent a night in the family suite with our 2 children. Whilst the house is beautiful and set in stunning grounds It wasn’t clear when booking that the children’s bedroom was on an upper floor, up a very steep flight of stairs which was a concern with small children. Unfortunately we also had issues with hot water (or lack of) from the bath and shower, yet it was scolding from the sink taps? And the toilet was blocked. With regards to breakfast, completely understand the COVID restrictions and lack of dine in facilities but I would recommend stating breakfast isn’t included rather than leaving bags with dry croissants and warm yoghurts in the room for guests arrival.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent in Covid conditions. A little picnic on the window sill. The room was beautiful, warm, quirky and to wake up in the daylight to see the stunning property was perfecr. 5 star, stunning, highlly recommended
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The property was a couple of hundred years old and felt just like how a stone built country house should. Solid and full of character. Well away from the main road and no cars to hear or traffic just right for a quite time in the countryside. Enough parking and even in this Covid frustrating time the house owner was very easy to talk too and accommodated me and my expecting wife with great comfortable bedroom and a perfect free standing bath for my wife to relax in! Win win
Cons: It is very minor and I stress that. Our private bathroom was not in our bedroom but just literally round the corner of our front door a couple of feet away. As I said minor. Covid times means no cooked full English breakfast. Hopefully back to normal after spring next year when flu season is over.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location and room was fab.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A lovely setting with beautiful garden and seating area. Authentic 17th century features. When we had worked out the heating, rooms were cosy. Very clean and toiletries provided. Great spot for accessing Bristol Airport, and a good place to leave your car whilst on holiday.
Cons: Everything was done by e mail and no contact with owners, which was exactly how it needed to be, but it meant that we couldn't experience the usual variety of breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Stunning period property an equally stunning setting. CoVid didn’t allow us to have the cooked breakfast but
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The room was really confortable and warm
Cons: Poor breakfast, too many people searching for things in the kitchen since the host was not there. The first group that have breakfast finishes most of the stuff

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was great and had everything I needed. Check in and check out was easy. Location is good for a quick staying.
Cons: I got it because it was the only one I could find. I found it good but expensive, I wouldn't choose it again if I had cheaper options.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, affordable, and very very helpful staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was very big and spotless! The room facilities were amazing, bed was so comfortable, a big selection of food to help ourselves too and very near to the silver zone car park for the airport.
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast choice on offer
Cons: Some cleaning issues, just crumbs left under table. Not enough prep space available for the breakfast.

Good 7.1
Pros: Proximity to the airport. We were only there a few hours and it was ok for this purpose
Cons: Bathroom very small
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I liked how easy the self check-in was, the location was great, close to the airport, but hidden away with some nice views. Comfortable bed with fans, tea and coffee provided. Good stay!
Cons: The shower was super hot and I couldn't get it any colder.. it was probably just me though 😂
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location close to airport.
Cons: Room was noisy, beds too soft. The bathroom's wash basin was ridiculously tiny and the shower only provided scalding hot water making it largely unusable.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Couldn’t get the shower to cool down, stuck on very hot. Though lovely facilities!
Okay 4.0
Cons: advertised as B&B but actually room only
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great little room, was great to have my own space while studying for exams.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Not sure about food as we left for early flight. Bed very comfy room very clean. Only thing that needs changing is the tea, coffee and sugar firstly not hygienic in the jars and you couldn't of got any sugar as it was one solid block.
Cons: As I said above tea coffee and sugar.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely outstanding from the warm reception we received to the excellent room and stay would very very highly recommend apple tree house
Cons: There was nothing we did not like apart from some negative reviews I read which is totally unfounded
