Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and free parking, but many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, such as unhelpful staff, booking problems, and lack of responsiveness. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several mentions of dirty rooms, towels, and bedding. Breakfast received criticism for its limited options and poor quality. While a few guests found the staff friendly and welcoming, overall, negative experiences with service, cleanliness, and breakfast overshadowed the positives.
