Cons: Room was dated and smelt musty. No hot water for shower or to wash hands. Water was at best luke warm.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice size room
Cons: Due to Corona virus the restaurant was not open for breakfast. We had prepaid but were not told until the morning on entering the restaurant that breakfast was not available. Instead a continental tray would be sent to our room. Due to the circumstances we accepted with good grace. Unfortunately the breakfast tray consisted of 3 very small pastries, 1 small pot of tea and 1 small pot of coffee....both of which were only luke warm. No fruit juice, cereal, butter or jam and enough milk for only 1 of us to have a drink with. Having paid approximately £10 per person we found this very disappointing, no refund or part refund was offered either. My partner and I booked out early to find breakfast elsewhere.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Decor, value for money
Cons: Little atmosphere,. Staff adequate but not especially friendly or charming Same goes for the restaurant food!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything spotlessly clean, very comfortable rooms, friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Thoroughly recommend.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very quaint, good service, clean hotel
Cons: The room was like 100 sq ft! It was very nicely done, but my husband and I are quite tall and there was NO ROOM to move around, literally. Other than that, it would have been AMAZING. We unfortunately had to check out and get another hotel. If you're used to smaller spaces or are 'tiny', it could work for you.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Lovely shower and large soft towels We were attending a function, the food was very good, hot and nicely presented.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable and nicely decorated Hotel was spacious and quiet for relaxing at good price. Liked setting
Cons: More space in room/bathroom Better view
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Great service
1.0 Poor
Cons: The room and cleanliness were good .the location was poor. The room and bathroom had no heating or hot water. Resulting in a very cold night and no morning shower. Reported to reception complaint treated with complete apathy. Really disappointing stay
6.0 Good
Pros: The reception and bar was the only up to date area of the hotel.
Cons: We had to select the room three times as they were not correct to begin with. Bathroom was not designed correctly and was very small. In the current circumstances the room was not very clean.
7.0 Good
Pros: Supper good, staff cheerful, particularly our waitress at dinner who was apologetic as we were not allowed to eat in the main dining room as they were cleaning the chairs. Similar situation at breakfast, although the bacon was dry and overcooked. Not the worst hotel breakfast I have eaten though, so a comment, not a complaint.
Cons: The carpet in our room was stained, although the overall level of cleanliness was goo.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic. The staff from the reception to the restaurant was excellent.
Cons: I didn't like have room next a public lift. Which was going on 24/7

Pros: They take your money and tell you to go away I’ll never recommend this hotel. The talk in there language and say horrible things They don’t know anything about costume care. Pls pls don’t use this hotel
Cons: Not at all
1.0 Poor
Pros: Lies about the rooms lie about the service lie about breakfast lie about being clean .... nothing but lies...☠️☠️☠️☠️
Cons: The room was a lie beds situation lies dirty and unclean
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great!
Cons: The shower, very slippery. Would be better handheld then up high to the wall.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean room, late checkout.
Cons: Small tv, little choice at breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff brilliant
6.7 Good
Pros: Room was clean and warm
Cons: WiFi wasn’t up to standard at all. Breakfast was appalling! Everything was “plonked” in front of me no options of cereal or how to cook the egg! Egg was HARD boiled, no option asked for soft, medium or hard boiled. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to where I needed to be otherwise nothing! The restaurant looks like something out of the Raj, considering how busy it was in the evening when I passed through I can only assume the food is good. Breakfast was somewhat of a disappointment two toast, one hard boiled egg and a mini box of cornflakes. With a very small jug of milk between my wife and I which was also for our tea. Rather disappointing
Cons: The room was dirty and the carpets stained. I couldn’t wait to leave.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Near to my family and that’s all!
Cons: Stairs - all 40 of them and the 5 landings; the rooms are on the 2nd floor. There are fire doors that close loudly, especially when other guest’s kids play on the landing. The twin bed that I slept on was like a trampoline: it’s mattress springs stood proud. The shower is like a trickle and high up: no hand shower. Towels are thin and small. Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 8.30 - so I’m unable to review this as when on holiday I don’t get up til 9 am so missed it on both days. There is no one on site so can’t communicate with anyone though this may only be over the Christmas period. WiFi doesn’t work! We will not return to this particular hotel ever again and would not recommend: though we have eaten a dinner in the restaurant previously and do consider this to be the finest Indian restaurant we have ever been to!

Great host, explained everything, and was on hand if we needed any extra ie teabags coffee sugar. Two bottles of water and squash also supplied. He even put an extra heater in the room as it was going to be a chilly night iPhone charging station, saved me getting my charger out. Pros: The rec.eptionist was very helpful and friendly her name is Nadia.
Cons: There's no where to hang clothes not even a bedside table very basic more like a prison cell also no television and cold.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Just the location..
Cons: The bathroom drainage worse than you can think... the smell when you get to entrance is awful
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing at all waste of man and I will never go there again
Cons: It was dirty and it smelt like sewage that was also very dirty and smelt also even had stains init. When I was booking it they didn’t say anything about checking in time then when I finished paying it that’s when I saw about the checking in time they then charged £30 extra for early checking in
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing it was shocking
Cons: Blinds all had broken mechanisms and were fixed in the down position making the room like a cell. The drains stank of urine, some disinfectant had been put on the landing to the room. No facilities, luke warm hot water, no parking. Total disaster would not stay here again or recommend. I left at 5am just to get out of the place.
4.0 Okay
Cons: No table or anywhere to put things. No TV
7.0 Good
Pros: Even with the few bad points I mentioned, have to admit for the low price i paid I couldnt expect anything like this anywhere in london. This room still had a good bed and decent ensuite bathroom for a very good price. For my occasional stopovers in London I definitely would use it again and would recommend it.
Cons: No space in the room other than walking to and from the bed. Wish there was atleast one small table or stool to keep things. Room wasnt cleaned everyday.

Pros: It was very dirty and no tv in the room.
Cons: It was very uncomfortable and dirty.

Cons: Bad response

Pros: Quite clean as new, heating was good, bathroom nice, not a bad location, interior decoration is modern, had most things needed

6.3 Good
Pros: Location Hotel I've stayed in before but not for sometime, as usual the staff were good.
Cons: Very small room
7.1 Good
Pros: Location, parking, great staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, acess to nearby shops and restaurants. Despite the negative comments that follow I would gladly return. I was very impressed with the assistance afforded to us by the staff - thank you.
Cons: It may be just our room but the bathroom was smelling damp - needs drain cleaner I think. The room (27) was small. We had a second room - accross the road that was much roomier. I will in future speak to hotel on booking to get a better room. Too much 'lowlife' hanging about in the streets outside - perhaps the chain needs to complain to the local Police about the drug users in the locale.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are nice, room is good

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice large room with food warming facilities.
Cons: Nothing really
6.0 Good

Pros: Hospitality Cleanliness Welcoming Staff Helpful Slept well
Cons: Nothing
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and included in the price. The price of the room was very affordable for London. The guests were mostly families on vacation.
Cons: The picture of the hotel is only one of the buildings they have. I was put across the street in a converted old home (which is normal for London) but the room was tiny; if I was a heavier person I could have hardly fit. The neighborhood is mostly Pakistani and very diverse; no problem there, however lots of men hanging out in the streets late at night. The train into central London does not run on weekends so I had to take a long bus ride. I don't think I would stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All of it
Cons: Nothing, was amazing

Cons: Bathroom to small and east the handle needs repair
4.0 Okay
Cons: Very bad smell inside the room and toilet
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast in the room . Very welcoming staffs. Very competitive price and free parking.
Cons: I stayed at room 19. Was very annoyed at aroumd mid night till 3am. This is the second time I stayed here and unfortunately both occasions I Could not sleep properly because of the noise coming from next door and upstairs and corridor during midnight till around 3am. Travellers where talking very loud while walking to the corridor and opening and shutting doors very loudly Without thinking about time and other travellers. I think this is the only and the major negative side of this hotel. staying in a very competitive and well priced hotel comes with all sorts of selfish unconsiderable travellers too. Apart from disturbances at night everything else was excellent.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was very quiet.
Cons: The TV in my room didn't have good reception so I couldn't watch anything.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Sort of close to the subway, nice staff.

8.2 Excellent
Cons: My room did not have a window, only a little sky light. Breakfast was sub standard
4.2 Okay
Pros: The staff was lovely and accommodating when I needed tickets printed or in trying to find a parking space.
Cons: We didn't get towels on the first night even though we checked in well past midnight and had to leave early the next morning. The room needs a dehumidifier because it has a pungent damp smell upon entry and there is no flow of air in there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and happy atmosphere
Cons: Nothing, all good
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was friendly. That's about it.
Cons: To keep things simple: -The card reader on the door was broken. -The remote didn't work. -The air conditioner didn't turn on until nearly three hours after it should have. -The room smelled like smoke and dust. -The bathroom smelled like a combination of sewer and mold. -There was mold all over the shower and wooden stand in bathroom. (Ended up not even showering.) -There was a hole in the floor where the pipe led to the sewer, where I'd imagine much of the smell was coming from. Had to keep the bathroom door closed whenever possible and hold my breath when entering. Wouldn't recommend unless you're on a super tight budget and don't mind being a bit uncomfortable.

Pros: Everything is awful! From Staff to Cleanliness and Comfort everything is horrible!
Cons: Everything is awful! From Staff to Cleanliness and Comfort everything is horrible! In reception i was charged twice for the same room. I booked the room using the website and i paid with my card but when i got there i've been charged again. The receptionist seamed not to understand how this online payments work, so she asked me to pay again for the room. I insisted for a refund but it was a difficult to get it. I had my money refunded only the next day. I won't recommend this place!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: The rooms had dirty carpets and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. Everybody Had sleepless nights as we booked two rooms which were on three different floors . As family We expected to be next to each other . As guest we were given the room keys and just directed to our rooms no personal service . The reception staff weren’t welcoming and didn’t feel that they were approachable.Tea and coffee u had to pick it up from reception yourself. Main problems was that they had council provided guests (those seeking council property) staying as well . Where the car was parked it had milk stains on the car??

Pros: Apart from breakfast everything was greally great. Loved the facilities in the room including spa bath. Real nice touches, bed was great, coffee and tea facilities above average, fresh apples in the room. staff put hearts and silk rose petals on the bed for our special occasion, huge tv on the wall and our suite was spacious. Staff were very friendly. Would certainly recommend the hotel, it was such a nice stay.

Cons: SHOCKING, VERY DISAPPOINTED. TV didn’t work, reception did nothing to sort the problem out as couldn’t get hold of them/ nobody was manning the desk and the room opposite ours was being used a brothel so it had customers in and out of it all night with doors slamming. Hardly slept because of this. Have emailed the hotel and booking.com twice to inform them/ see what they could do and no response for a week. Waste of money

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The air conditioning was spotty at times.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Whilst leaving the hotel I was stuck with £100 bill turning out to be someone else ordering breakfast on my room as the staff couldn't be even bothered to double check the room details. Even more when I ordered a room service to my friends room (keep in mind that I signed the bill and paid for the food) they were charged for it as well. Staff wasn't very helpful, I would say rude when I tried to get some clarity.
7.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to east croydon station and shops
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is close to public transit at the end of a quiet one way street. English breakfast buffet is included in the price. Room a good size. Fast elevators. Hotel staff & waiters were super polite.
Cons: Seems like the hotel is run by a cheapskate. Staff (especially in restaurant) overworked and trying to do more with less. Food safety shortcuts and rude Host. Called for a blanket - took them 2 days to bring it. Room was clean, but needed renovations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location - easy walk to train station and amenities.
Cons: No fridge in the room was a real disappointment. We were there for a week and would have liked some drinks etc in hand in the room. Having to pay for parking ended up being expensive when staying for a week.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The price and rooms
Cons: The aircon never works there! Had to bring 2 (two) radiators to make it comfortable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast
6.0 Good
Pros: The lobby was nice and the Christmas decor was lovely. It also felt secure.
Cons: The rooms were terribly out dated with light mold on the shower ceiling. The heat in the room had to be fixed. At check out, when I inquired about the modernization of the other rooms, the front desk attendant was dreadfully rude.
10.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at Hilton for 10 days in a junior suite, the room is huge! Especially by U.K. Standards! Very lovely staff.
Cons: The hotel is being renovated, our window didn't open and our heater was stuck on high. They fixed it quickly by giving us a fan and sending maintenance first thing in the morning.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Relatively cheap Nice and helpful front desk staff
Cons: Dirty & Run Down Very uncomfortable beds Hike to the train station
7.1 Good
Pros: Reception and restaurant area clean. Staff were polite. Getting too room was good - you have to use your room key in the elevator to get to your floor. Room overall was ok. King size bed was very comfortable. Room was cleaned each day with fresh towels and toiletries refreshed on second day of my four day stay. Shower was great.
Cons: Tired looking room. Scratches in bedside 'table'. Tiles in bathroom outdated, curtain hung off the hooks in the far corner. I would suspect the all of the rooms are in need of refurbishment. Disappointed that I wasn't given the same treatment at breakfast. It was a room only booking. If you have a voucher for breakfast you're given table service in regards to tea/coffee. Otherwise, I was just left to my own devices, little explanation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, comfy bed
Cons: Expensive restaurant.
