Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing major cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, stained bedding, unpleasant odors, and lack of basic toiletries and towels. Noise disturbances, both inside and outside the hotel, were frequently mentioned, making it difficult for guests to rest. Service was often described as unhelpful or unfriendly, with complaints about staff behavior and poor customer support. While a few guests appreciated the hotel's location and affordable price, these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences.
