Cons: The car seats were very dirty, and car was smelly.

Pros: The fact that they gave me a call when the weather was bad 1. And in the same call help me rent the car for one more day so I wouldn't have to rush back in the bad weather. The drop off and pick up was smooth two guys helping a room full of people in minutes. (Aneudis Rivas and his co work)

Pros: Great friendly cusomer service
Cons: Limited options. Either wait for hours until a compact car is available or pay extra. Overall, you'll be hoaxed into renting a bigger car for more money and having to pay more for gas since these hug cars are gas guzzlers.

Cons: 1. Wait for too long due to many customers and long process.
2. The company tries to cheat me every steps, for examples, include insurance without asking, overcharge for gas prepaid, overestimate the gas scale and finally the final bill at car return date is higher than the bill at acception

This location is busted
Cons: I have rented from enterprise in the NYC area for 7+ years and never had an experience this bizarrely unpleasant. Pick up took over 45 min, there was also a long wait for drop off. The rules regarding deposit ($500 held on my credit card?), adding an additional driver (they insisted on every driver submitting their own credit card even though it wouldn't be charged... hmmm... what?!), the fact that they wouldn't go over any of the costs at the desk ("we can't do that until we have the vehicle" even though insurance, fuel charges, etc are ALL STANDARD), THE FACT THAT I NEEDED TO ADJUST MY PICK UP FROM AN AFTERNOON TO THE NEXT MORNING WAS IMPOSSIBLE & EVERY TIME I CALLED I GOT A DIFFERENT ANSWER AND WAS TOLD I WAS ALREADY SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER. In brief, worst experience I've had renting a car. Would love to hear a response from Enterprise Corporate.

Reservations taken, not necessarily kept
Pros: The car was clean enough and comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful.
Cons: They didn't have my car ready and admitted that it was standard practice to try to upgrade people because they often don't have the right cars. The problem was that the cars they offered had terrible mileage and I was doing a LOT of driving. I ended up waiting 4 hours passed my scheduled pick up time to get my car.
