Pros (+) The bed and bedding were good overall, the bathroom looked nice. Good space overall!
Cons (-) Breakfast was meant to be served until 10AM on the weekends, and when I showed up at 9AM most of the breakfast stuff was either not replenished or looked to have been turned off. A few yogurts were left and a muffin was on the menu for my breakfast. (It looked like there was waffles, perhaps scrambled eggs and toast and bagels, but again all that was gone and not replenished, sad.) Finally the pet...

Pros (+) The price was good. It looked new inside
Cons (-) The area is not so great. The walls are paper thin, could not sleep. Was very noisey. A/C does not automatically cut on with thermostat, seems to reset to save energy, until about 4 degrees higher than the what it’s set at... inconvenient hours for free breakfast. Hotel staff attends you via a window after dark. No toilet seat cover

Cons (-) My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for Texas A&M freshman orientation. All was good with our stay until I realized that I was charged twice for my stay. They have said it would be taken care of but very disappointing.

Pros (+) Very clean and well maintained room, brand new construction as of October 2016, good breakfast, friendly staff. Nice bathroom. Free in room wifi, tv worked fine. Clean bed. I have totally enjoyed the stay. Nonsmoking room is truly nonsmoking with zero hint of smoke.... Door faces outside, so it may be considered as a motel, but once inside you will find a three star hotel quality or better...
Cons (-) No swimming pool, but I dont go swimming anyway.

Cons (-) Slow staff presence at check in, thin walls allowed for hearing neighbors next door very well, room decor was "cold" and "hard," did not feel warm and welcoming for a brand new hotel, felt more like a cheaper hotel.
