Cons (-) Air in room didn't work and we had to switch rooms at 1am. Was not a boutique hotel, more like a comfort inn or lower rated hotel. Weird smells throughout hotel. Train is VERY loud. They offered ear plugs for train that was across the street but attendant said the noise wasn't that bad. Cons (-) Their website says specifically that there are milk and cookies offered in the evenings. They have long discontinued this offering, although it remains on the website. What IS provided and ISN'T mentioned on the website is that the hotel is about 200 yards from a busy railroad track.
