I didn't end up getting my car. I waited in line for over an hour, saw them check out less than 10 people, and was then told they didn't have cars available for anyone except the people that had reserved a minivan. I ended up canceling my reservation and booking a car with Enterprise the next day. If at all possible, I'll never use Hertz again.

At the airport in Buffalo the computers crashed, huge line and slow service. They finally moved everyone downstairs and started processing. Slow and chaotic. Huge delay!

The engine light came on within a few minutes of driving and I had a 1300 Mile journey ahead of me. It had me concerned, but ultimately I made it with no issues. The staff I encountered were ALL top notch Price was fair for a comfortable vehicle

This was a miserable experience where the reservation made has not honored by Enterprise Rent-a-car Buffalo airport desk agent or manager. Although booked correctly on your site they decided to tell me not vehicles were available while I had seen multiple vehicles in the parking lot waiting for pick-up.

Kayak’s link to Enterprise was a DEAD END - not once but 3 times. Enterprise did not have the cars Kayak indicated they had. It cost me hours to sort out including an extra 4-hour round trip to Buffalo to get the vehicle we needed through other dealers. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KAYAK - ENTERPRISE
