Pros: ALL RESTAURANTS ARE EXCELLENT, GREAT SERVICE TOO.

Cons: ELEVATORS NEED FIXING, REALLY SLOW. MAIN POOL TO HOT. NEED TO HAVE U.S CHANGE MORE EASILY AVAILABLE.

Pros: The beach was rocky, but beautiful. The staff gave amazing service

Cons: Internet access and elevator problems when we visited

Pros: Angel Munoz and Josafat Hernandez were Absolutely Awesome with the service they provided on a daily bases at both the Peninsula and the pool.

Cons: The resort Should not allow guest to put personal items on pool chairs at 5:00 am in the morning so they can have a chair when they decide to come to the pool 4 hours later. This practice is not fair...

Pros: Staff was absolutely amazing!

Cons: Some of the partying at main pool was obnoxious

Pros: Bed not very comfy. Staff were absolutely amazing.

Pros: Excellent dining and good variety of restaurants. Multiple pools and interesting pool settings. Very hospital staff. Overall ambience of the resort.

Cons: Very poor wi-fi in rooms. Waiting list for restaurants that were only half full.
