At my original departure Istanbul I was told my seat and flight was cancelled from the 3rd party. I had no seat to get to my other flights .. they charged me $481 USD to board the flight that I already paid for
All went very well. We used the AIFI Airport, such a lovely facility. Definitely needs better transportation options to get there.
Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
From the check-in, to the flight, and arriving, everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, when I received my baggage it was severely damaged. I have a hard shelled suitcase and it was completely smashed it. I’m not sure how this could happened but I am extremely disappointed that my belongings were damaged beyond repair and continued use.

Unfortunately I had an awful boarding experience. Our first flight with Aeromexico was fine and landed on time however it couldn’t find a gate and we were late which made us lose our connecting flight with Aeromexico. The staff handled it horribly when we explained our situation and would not led us board when we missed the boarding time by a couple minutes. The staff were extremely rude and did not attempt to even help us. Because of this incident, my husband and I missed a full day of work which negatively impacted our salary which we need. Please compensate us for the work that we missed.
It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.
Aeroméxico cancelled my ticket without advice AND It make a last minute mess in my intinerary, no solving my situation, bad advice and bad customer service
Annoying that we had to go to departures and get boarding passes. Should allow us to be booked all the way through, this is the only airline i have this problem with in MEX. Late boarding and take off
Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again
The air hostess was excellent. I have taken so many flight domestic and international, this is the first time the air hostess was so caring. She was a delight
It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
I needed internet for critical matters and it never worked.
No seat back entertainment. And app had a hard time getting entertainment loaded.
It was great with United overall except for two things. 1) It was a 5-hour flight and we were with kids, so we were asking for extra snacks. They were extremely reticent to dole them out even though there wasn't any meal and the kids were starting to hit their limit towards the end. 2) Baggage didn't arrive until 80 minutes after we landed.
Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy
Old and out of date plane, it seem like every time I fly with united there’s and issue. We were delayed,
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.
Great flight. WiFi worked great and the crew was awesome.
Great crew, smooth flight. 30 minute delay on the tarmac with no status updates or information from captain. However, that was the only negative on the trip.
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
I couldn't get a vegan meal because I booked via kayak but everything else was lovely
BAD!!! due to delay I missed my connection in MEX, had to pay for hotel and new flight for next morning increasing my spent for $1,000 usd
Aircraft delayed for two hours due to a technical issue with the rear emergency exit door slide not working.
Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.
The plane seemd untidy and old. Ran out of food and drinks
