Pros (+) We originally did not stay at the Hilton but our flight was cancelled due to Tropical Storm Javier. We booked the Hilton from the Airport and headed over. The place is beautiful. Most things including beach was not open but the room was beautiful and comfortable. We will be back again soon and actually get to stay.
Cons (-) Sad we didn't get to enjoy all the hotel had to offer because of the storm. We will be back

Pros (+) Rooms were fine - nothing extravagant but very comfortable, clean and new. Staff was always exceptional. Food was good.
Cons (-) Their lounge policy was offensive. They reserved about a hundred of the prime lounges (basically all which had an ocean view) for the "Vista Club" members. They remained empty and unused all day long but were not available for other guests. People were frustrated and angry about it. Ruined the good feelings about the hotel. I probably would not return because of it.
