Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing various attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and issues with pests such as ants and cockroaches. Service receives mixed feedback; while some staff members are described as helpful and accommodating, others are criticized for poor communication or unprofessional behavior. Bed comfort is also a concern for several guests, with reports of broken or uncomfortable beds. Overall, the location is the standout positive, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.
