Pros (+) Loved that as Hilton Honors members, we were able to choose our room, get a digital key, and check in via the Hilton Honors app prior to our arrival. This was very convenient, and we were able to enter the building using a side door (by the parking lot) and the digital key. We went directly to our room, which was very clean and comfortable, and a complimentary bottle of water and snack was waiting...
Cons (-) If I had to find something that was less than perfect, it would be the counter space in the bathroom. With three adults sharing a room, there wasn't adequate space for our toiletries. Also, the a/c was a bit loud. I wear earplugs to bed, so it didn't bother me, but I could see how it might be too loud for a light sleeper.
