Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location near the castle and city attractions, making it easy to explore on foot. The service, especially from the host Juliette, was frequently described as warm, welcoming, and attentive, with many guests feeling well cared for. The breakfast was often highlighted as fresh and enjoyable, though a few found it somewhat limited. Cleanliness and room comfort were also positively mentioned, as was the convenience of on-site parking.
