Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hostel's central location and affordable price, with some appreciating the friendly staff and basic amenities. However, many reviews highlight serious issues such as poor cleanliness, lack of hot water, unreliable service, and maintenance problems in bathrooms. Several guests also mention negative experiences with customer service and communication, as well as concerns about safety and building conditions. While the location and price are strong points, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and guest support.
