Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for shopping, nightlife, and public transport. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the spacious rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty floors, bathrooms, and a lack of thorough housekeeping. The elevator being out of order was a major inconvenience for multiple guests, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility needs. Service was generally acceptable but not exceptional, with some positive interactions with staff. Overall, the location and bed comfort were highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
