Cons (-) Truly disgusting. Stained sheets, cracked plaster, the desk chair was absolutely gross (photos included), and the stale smoke smell was unbearable. Everything was filthy; we had to keep begging the kids not to touch anything. Trains went by at 2:24 a.m. and 3:09 a.m. -- thought they were headed straight into our room.
