Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and local attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including unresponsive management, issues with room assignments, and slow or lacking customer support. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and others reporting issues such as unclean rooms on arrival or maintenance problems. Bed comfort was also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or hard beds. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, service and comfort could be improved.
