Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of some staff and hosts. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and small or outdated rooms. There are also frequent complaints about poor maintenance, lack of hot water, and old facilities. While the location is a highlight, the overall experience is affected by the need for significant improvements in comfort and cleanliness.
