Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the resort's beautiful and unique island location, describing it as peaceful, scenic, and a great place to relax or enjoy nature. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and value for money, noting that the property is worn down, not well maintained, and often full of trash. Service is frequently described as unprofessional or lacking, with communication difficulties and unfriendly staff mentioned. Food and breakfast quality are also criticized, with long waits, limited menu options, and high prices. Despite the stunning setting, many guests feel the resort does not live up to its potential or the prices charged.
