7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable room, nice bed, attentive housekeeping
Cons: HOTEL STAFF!!!! NEEDS A TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE URGENTLY!! I got a tiny smile on check in and a tiny smile on check out that’s all. the rest of the staff from the security to the waitresses to the bar tender they all look like they are about to punch someone, upset faces ,or no expressions at all, definitely not a good feeling when you are staying in a hotel. On my second day I went to eat at the restaurant for dinner, at least I tried, I made my way into the restaurant I passed in front of the bar, I smiled at the barman and he looked at me soo serious that I even got scared, I asked if I can have a table for one and he answered me like I was a dog “yes seat”. I went to seat outside on the veranda, one waitress came to me after 2 minutes and gave me the menu, i smiled at her and then I waited for 45 minutes like an idiot, no one came back to me to take me the order, so I got up and I left the restaurant. I went to eat near by in a lovely traditional restaurant called 7 pigs. I thought the Hotel restaurant was busy that’s why was taking soo long for someone to come back to me to take me the order, but I realised that was only 2 tables in the restaurant and the waitress was just taking care of those tables and for some reason ignoring me. When I left the restaurant I saw the barman joking and laughing with the waitress, I said bye on my way out and he became serious again looking at me with no answer! I’ve been working in the hotel business for almost 20 years now and I’ve never seen such a situation in a 4 star hotel. If I will ever come back to Lviv definitely I won’t be staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: People very friendly with a nice attitude all the time solving problems ...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everithing very clean and people from receotion very friendly and helpful with a big smile all the time ... if I have to go back ... I willl be at the same hotel without any doubt.
7.1 Good
Pros: We spent two night at Premier Dnister. What we liked most was hotel location, walking distance to old city centre, room space, and cafe on top floor with nice view over old city.
Cons: Front elevation of the hotel was obviously not refurbished since 1978 and is pure legacy of late ugly soviet architecture. Interior was renovated, however with old façade intact new windows were mounted as second line. Therefore even 7th floor didn't give us clear view on the city, especially that front windows were dirty (not cleaned since 1978?) Hotel breakfast at main restaurant was mediocre at best. There were missing dishes and garnishes usually available in 4 star hotel. One working coffeemaker for whole restaurant was not sufficient. Room comfort was ok, with exception of extra bed that was bent and obviously worn. It was not comfortable to use even for small children. Hotel price is not adequate to quality.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Restaurant very cold

9.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at the George - it was better than expected. The building, the room, the staff, room service and the breakfast.
Cons: N/A
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the rooms (our son's room had its own piano) and the decor. If you like old world style, this is the place for you. And its location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the major sites in Lviv.
Cons: Nothing that we can think of.
7.7 Good
Pros: Interesting to stay in a character building where you can get a bit of a feel for the history. Lots of tripping hazards in the form of 3 inch lips at the front entrance and throughout the building. The carpets needed replacing badly. You could see and feel the rough, broken tiles that the carpeting was sloppily placed over. The front staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and shared bathrooms were maintained every half hour. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Lots of old school charm to this hotel, with sweeping stairs and high ceilings. I would definitely stay here again.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice old hotel Really great breakfast included. Awesome piano player during breakfast also
Cons: Sadly no air conditioning in our room. But happily it was coolish outside during our stay
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel in the city center, with big spacious rooms and authentic atmosphere
7.0 Good
Pros: Gread location, good room size Good value for money overall
Cons: The hotel is a bit weary Wi-Fi isn't good, had to switch to my mobile data all the time Something strange about hot water - you literally have to wait for 10 minutes or so until water becomes hot Breakfast is OK, but could have been better considering overall quality of food in the city

7.1 Good
Pros: - Great value for money
Cons: - No window curtains, zero black out curtain - Bed, basic and uncomfortable - No lift in building. Had to walk up stairs with suitcases & no assistance offered. - Very far from centre - Taxi needed EVERYTIME - No complimentary water
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our room was nice, bathroom was also fine. Only it is a bit far from the city centre. We walked or took a bus, but it takes time. There is really nothing in a surrounding, no food shop, no funny places, so if you want to enjoy your time and live close to everything, this is not a place for you. Otherwise I can recommend it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Bed
Cons: Doorknob in the bathroom was broken.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated at the intersection point of the historical shopping street and one of the most historical squares of the city. Everything you would like to see in the city is in walking distance. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very helpful. We needed an iron and it was provided immediately. Rooms are very clean. Heating is working properly. Hot water is running well.
Cons: Most probably the hotel building is under renovation since it is a historical building which causes you not to have a view even if you could have a nice view. We could not make early check in so we had to wait few hours outside to get in our room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stay was great. Staff were very nice. Food was good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: very good breakfast
7.1 Good
Pros: The Hotel it self is quite new and fashionable in great location.
Cons: However personel that works there is not trained to 5* level at all. Our 11 years old two girls were told by a cleaner at the restaurant toilet not to laugh like cows which was ridiculous attitude especially when our family was hosting 30 people dinner at the place. “Please Do Not Disturb” sign left outside our room did not work either and we had someone walking into the room at 9 o’clock in the morning. Also we were miss-leaded by restaurant administration that there was no allocated parking for hotel guests (it is actually) and a free zone across the road - it was not free in the morning next day and we’ve got a fine. Oh, and one more thing not to forget, we specified two adults and two children on the booking, however the room was not equipped for the quantity as neither of them as we found out later, therefore we were asked to pay additional charges at the front desk for an extra bed - that is definitely not what you would expect at the 5* hotel with prices for the room high enough already. We don’t normally leave poor feedback, but those things described above should not happen in any hotel not just top grade one’s. Unfortunately it has happened.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast in bed. Fantastic. Staff fantastic. The spa. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!
Cons: King beds
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was very pleasant, room was beautiful, very nice breakfast, and we really appreciated how the spa worked - you can book it just for your room for hour and a half - that was fantastic.
Cons: The mattress was a little bit too hard.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good central location with very friendly and helpful staff. I was given the opportunity to reserve an hour in the Spa/Sauna area (private) and this was very relaxing. The room was comfortable and breakfast satisfactory.
7.0 Good
Pros: The look from the outside.
Cons: The heating makes noises all night. Was promised a room with balcony,I was only given this on the 2nd night during to them giving my room to other people. The next night we moved the room was freezing,so we tried with heating in the room until was unbearable and can you believe they control the heating in your room from the desk. 5 star, what a joke. Then we waited another 2 hours for them to eventually bring us a heater. After reading the reviews I am not the first to complain about the cold. What 5star hotel needs to bring heaters in the room. Breakfast is disgusting. Its sausages left in water and an omelette that been cooked hours before eating. Again how is this place 5 star? How I've stated at 3stars in England much better than this If the hotel would like a video of the noise from the fan please dont hesitate to get in contact.

The same restaurant has a very good evening a-la carte menu with a selection of excellent wines. The location is on the edge of the old town with easy walking distance to the Opera, Bars, and other amenities. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a pleasant or romantic stay in the centre of Lviv.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location (closeness to old town which is gorgeous) with loads of atmosphere in that historic building, great and very helpful and smiling (not just played) stuff, quiet, large and functional rooms, good breakfast and free'n'save parking.
Cons: Liked it all really. Just make sure you get the exit if walking to town right (the staircase is the word). Otherwise you have to walk around the hill. Center is 5 minutes from the hotel really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! Breakfast was excellent with glass of champagne and very good prepared Benedictine's eggs! Personal is very welcome and helpful!
Cons: It is expected that hotel is more close to Old town but it is not a problem. In 10 min walk you will reach City hall. Everything else is perfect!

10.0 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast is from a menu for which you have a certain credit. However, while taking two double espressos, your credit is nearly used. I suggest to take warm brakfast drinks like tea/coffee not out of the credit, but offer them for free.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was excellent, extremely polite and effective - much better in US hotels for the same price. Food in the restaurant was delicious - for quite reasonable price. Besides, there was a live music in the restaurant, with a singer singing popular tunes very well - that is also a rarity in US hotels. Location is perfect - close to Lviv old town square and other historical buildings and monuments.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff is excellent, cooking was good, location is perfect
Cons: Similar pricing as better hotels, misleaded me to think its 4 star hotel
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. Do not worry about the "maximum price" of the included breakfast, it is enough to order virtually all the menu. Clean comfortable room.

7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable room, nice bed, attentive housekeeping

Pros: Clean and very nice rooms.
Cons: Breakfast was quite good but not so much product for selecting for me, lukę for 4star hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel served superb breakfest The roomt was very clean. We really enjoy massage and spa. And coctails at the skybar were good.
Cons: The location was not the best. It takes you about 15-20 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean and big size of the room, good service,
Cons: "Almost warm" water under the shower (weekend), barely warm heater - first day was very cold in the room (end Feb), very noisy and low standart of the SPA, ... i was expecting much more regarding to additional fee for entering to the SPA. Overall ... price is not relevant to the standard.
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was quite good. There were lots of options and the quality of the food was good. The rooms were also spectacularly clean. The location was decent. It was still about a 20 minute walk to most tourist sites, but that wasn't bad.
Cons: - I didn't like that we had to pay to use the swimming pool. If the hotel is going to advertise that it has a pool, that should really be included in the nightly rate. - Additionally, the hot tub had three jets near the bottom that sucked water so ferociously that if your skin came into contact with those jets, it left a very nasty blood blister impression of the jet. This happened to my son and three days later he still has a swollen and bruised welt from where it happened. I told multiple staff members about this and while they seemed to be genuinely sad for my son, there was no immediate action taken to remedy the situation so that it didn't pose further danger to other swimmers.
10.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Interior of the hotel was outstanding. Breakfast - delicious, nutritious and fresh.
Cons: The interior of the hotel will not appeal to everyone.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Nice decor and rooms, our 5th floor rooms had this log cabin decor and look. Bathrobe and slippers are nice touch. Minibar w/snacks in every room. Breakfast is plentiful with many options.
Cons: Weird strong smell in one of the rooms' bathroom at random times. Stairs, lots of stairs, we stayed on the 5th floor, so we had to carry luggage via stairs.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice hotel, not far from the train station (that was the main criteria). Pleasant staff, tasty breakfast, clean and comfy bed, quiet.
Cons: The decoration of the room is too busy. The hotel is the mixture of different styles, which is striking at the beginning, but then you get used to it. I missed a regular hotel shower, instead of a huge useless bath.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Restaurant and service were good
Cons: They did not include the 3rd persons bed, and wanted to change 50% more
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast, very modern bathroom, not far from the railway station.
Cons: Decor not to my liking but this is just a subjective thing.

8.2 Excellent (1,431 reviews)
7.9 Good
Pros: Central location, value for the price, extremely clean
Cons: Very basic. The staff didn’t seem to speak English or, despite “Polish” name of the hotel and earlier reviews - Polish. Front desk not very helpful. Ordered a taxi for 6am -the taxi never came. Very basic breakfast but I guess can’t expect more for the price?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, with nice breakfast, they offer exactly what they advertise. The hotel is in an internal yard, so it is quiet. Staff speak English. Staffed and monitored parking is available at 5 minutes walking distance for 70 grivnya (€2.30) per day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, it’s a short walk away from everything. It is in a cute tucked away decorated yard away from the street noise. Friendly staff and all facilities work well.
Cons: Could do with a slight renovation of the bedroom. Also the walls were quite thin, we heard someone arguing in the next room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great, it met our expectations. Hotel was almost in the city center and about 20 minutes from the train station.
Cons: Breakfast didn´t meet our expectations.
6.3 Good

Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Location- 10 minutes walk to city center, private ( but not guarded) park
Cons: Hotel made of carton: you can hear every sound from your neighbour and every car driving a street ( its realy noisy all the night).
6.0 Good
Pros: Its near the city centre. Staffs are nice and helpful. Its clean and cheap. Its ok for a 1 night stay
Cons: The size of the room,we had to jump over the bed with our big bags. No kettle and glasses in the room
9.6 Excellent
Pros: They are open 24/7 and take bookings fast.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Ladies in reception are very polite and professional : invoice good made, reservation of Uber. Price of hotel is excellent compromis for the localisation, really in center. Restaurant-bar is opened just near reception (doesnt have good reputation, but i was 15 time in this hotel, and never problem for 1 beer).
Cons: Usually WIFI is working, but this time, all evening + morning, no WIFI. Next day they restarted the router, and WIFI came back. The room is ok, but the bed needs to be changed : we feel all the metal structure of the bed in our back, but the worst is to have a room between a couple having fun...and a man snoring : possible to hear as if you was just beside.. This is a budget hotel for 20$ a night. Cannot expect same confort than in IBIS for more than 50$. So, hotel CISAR is doing the job. Cabine of shower is also good when you are 160cm tall, not 190cm tall : terrible.
