Pros (+) I don't know how they sleep at night charging what they do for a room that was old,, dirty, spider webs. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Cons (-) Lamp shades stained. Holes in wall covered by pictures. Beat up furniture. Complete lack of Exterior Maintenance.

Cons (-) The heater did not work and management wouldn't fix it. Very dirty walls, floors and cockroaches.
