Pros (+) Close to where I wanted to be.
Cons (-) Everything else. This hotel has no front desk, no breakfast, no pool, lousy wifi, horrible parking, scary residents, etc. It is nominally a Quality Inn property (next door). But it hasn't transitioned yet. So you don't have the upgrades or amenities you would expect - hence the really low price. For what you got though, the price still wasn't low enough.
