Pros (+) The staff went out of their way to do their very best and be attentive. Much was done to compensate for the main pool being closed.
Cons (-) The problem was that they were only partially opened due to COVID - which was not their fault. This impacted food service. Wearing a mask everywhere is not a "vacation", but required. For $`140 per night in Thailand, it ought to be much better. Also, my wife came away with multiple bites on her body from her twin bed. Very unusual and shocking. Note to file - don't go again until COVID is complete...
