Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and the wide range of amenities including breakfast, pantry, fitness center, and pool. The breakfast is frequently highlighted as a standout feature, with several guests calling it amazing or the best selection. Cleanliness and room comfort also received positive mentions. While service was generally good, there were a few reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Some guests noted issues with noise, dated rooms, and parking difficulties, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) Everything about the Rizzo Center is top notch. It's a hidden gem in the Research Triangle area. More of a resort than just a hotel, with an amazing courtyard area with pool and lounge chairs. Lots and lots of room to roam. Situated in a beautiful wooded area with tons of good eateries nearby. UNC owns the grounds and other facilities and keeps everything pristine. Book a stay here and you'll love...
Cons (-) Front office staff is professional and courteous, but generally distant and not especially tuned in to providing an exceptional experience. They need to step up their game to match the otherwise high level of excellence offered by the hotel.
