Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its prime location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests appreciate the extra touches such as wine and cheese hours, cookies, and breakfast delivered to the room. The breakfast itself is frequently mentioned as a highlight. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms spotless and others noting areas needing improvement. However, value for price is a concern for several guests, especially given the room quality, outdated decor, and high parking fees. Despite some negative comments about cleanliness and value, the overall experience is positive, with many guests eager to return.AI-generated from customer reviews
