Pros (+) I absolutely loved the fact that the manager on duty, at time of check in, immediately did what was necessary to allow my family and I to check in early because my Mother has breathing problems. The manager did not harass me or go out of his way to be difficult. He was very pleasant and respectful to my family and I.
Cons (-) The only thing I did not like is that the hotel staff did not verbally make me aware of a $50 incidental fee. Paying the fee, and eventually having it returned to me, was not the problem. Not verbally being told that I would incur this charge was the problem. Had my financial situation been different, this unknown charge may have caused me some major inconvenience.
