Pros (+) Location only
Cons (-) Room was smoky. Air conditioner would not cool the room lower than 70F even after it was inspected. Daily room cleaning was highly variable but consistently poor. Feels extremely dated. Terrible value.

Pros (+) The location was perfect. Could not be better to walk around town. Meeting street is there and the market is right there plus you are one block from King street. Parking is easy as well and the hotel area is safe. The pool is small but right on meeting street and has covered seatinbso you can watch the pool but be out of the sun if you want to. That was neat.
Cons (-) THe halls were under construction. They appear to have needed the renovation. Room was nice but it is small. We were not in it much so it was fine. If you are in the room a lot, this is a challenge.

Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were a joke. They were tiny and lumpy. The room could have been better maintained. One of the drawer pulls came loose. One day we didn't have enough towels. They usually provide 3 or 4, but we only had 2. I use 2 towels when I shower (one for hair and one for body). I didn't realize there were not enough towels. My husband got out of the shower and di...
