Shower curtain was barely attached to the wall so water got on bathroom floor. There was a bright light directly outside the window but the blinds wouldn’t shut all the way so there was bright light shining in our room all night. When we arrived there was some type of party going around n directly below our room with a show and people talking on microphones. And the whole place was under construct...

Pros (+) Conveniently located near the mall, restaurants, movie theater and major interstate.
Cons (-) The room had a stale odor upon entering the room. The carpet in the hallway was dirty.

Pros (+) I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and whenever I have business in Charlotte NC, I will definitely be staying here!

Cons (-) The walls are very thin. Person in the room next door decided to turn on the news at 5:30am. It was if the tv was in our room. Checkout was at 11:00 but maid service came at 9:30 to clean our room. Not a restful experience
