Upset, charged an extra day because of poor explan
Pros: Nice car, clean.
Cons: The woman at the pickup location in Marne-la-Vallée didn't tell us it was due back at 12 sharp. she emphasized how we could drop it off any time of the day, and that if they were not open we could drop off the keys in the key slot. We got charged an extra day after getting there 2 hours past drop off, even though when we looked at the slip and saw the 12pm date, we called and called and called while on the road to try and get clarification, but no one answered.
We are incredibly upset. I am so disheartened with how cold and uncaring the pickup woman in Perpignan was. she didn't care at all how upset we were and how we would have done anything in our power to get there before 12 if it meant not needing to pay another 1/3rd our total. She brushed us off with every single question or concern. I even tried calling customer support and they told me to tell her to put a "delay" on the drop-off confirmation, and I got really excited that they may have found a solution for this, but when I came back to her and repeated what they said, she said "no. we can't do that. the check in place has to do that. not us".... but how can the check in place in Paris do a drop-off confirmation when we are down in southern France? They weren't answering their phone all day and we felt so hopeless. Hours were spent here and nothing was accomplished. So upset still.
