Be leary
Pros: New car, clean...
Cons: Accused me of putting the wrong type of fuel in the car. Filled up tank, drove for awhile longer, and car was running fine. When I dropped off the car the associate checking me in, had trouble w the car & accused me of putting in wrong fuel. Service manager took a look at car and said I was fine, thanked me and off I went. By the time I got boarded my plane, I had a bill for $500+ for car repairs. Disputing charges now.

Pros: Clean, roomy and was exactly what we needed.
Cons: I needed to make a name change to our reservation due to unexpected travel arrangements. In doing so, the agent changed the car classification from a van to a 7 person vehicle. We were not notified of this change until we arrived at Budget and was charged an upgrade fee.

Pros: Friendly staff, spoke English, helped us understand Via Verde toll system, offered nice upgrade to BNW 3 series at a very fair price

Cons: Ace is a broker who deals with an agency in Portugal called Goldcar. It took a long time to figure this out. After substantial confusion we saw a tiny "Ace" sign that gave us a clue. Once we found Goldcar, everything went well except that the car was really dirty inside.
