Cons: When I returned the car ... I was not given the receipt even though I asked for it ... I was told I will get the receipt in the email and it's been 5 days now still no receipt and today I look at my car I got charged way more than i was told and I still don't have the receipt to see what they charged me for ... what a bad Sevice from this location ... I hope they will Contect me and solve this problem rather me going calling my bank to figure it out :(

Pros: All locations staff were very helpful and friendly. Every person I dealt with at Hertz was awesome.
Cons: Both cars were not clean inside... crud in cup holders, not vacuumed well. Exterior not clean...
The car I originally rented was a 2015 Nissan Rouge with about 40,000 miles on it. It was fine at first, but as soon as I got on the passes going from California to Washington any speed over 45 the steering would shake... semis were passing me and the drive was very stressful. I tried to exchange the car in Oregon, but there were no rental places open. I made it to Bremerton, Washington by Monday and immediately called the Hertz there. For three days they tried to find me a replacement ca (or so they said) and they finally said they were unable to. I had to leave to head back to Ca and tried to find rental replacements along the way with no success. Finally in Medford the airport was able to replace the car. They were shocked that the hood did not close properly and the car was in such bad shape they thought it should not be in the fleet.
The fun didn't end there though. When I got back to Oakhurst, Ca to return the car, their records showed that I had returned the first car but that I had never rented the second car! Still trying to figure out that paperwork debacle.
