Didn't have a car and STILL haven't refunded me
Cons: I reserved and prepaid for a car only to find out when I went to pick it up they didn't actually have any cars available. After the stress of trying to find a different option was over I had to call because I never received a refund. I called back over a week later because still nothing. More than 2 weeks and still NO refund-- it was more than $300! Have called several times for an update but I'm told they are "processing the request"

Cons: Reserved a car. Got there and they had ZERO available. Couldn't even offer an alternative. Horrible.
Pros: I like the way they tried to satisfy me with the car I told
Cons: I like everything the way they treat me and the way they explain everything

Cons: The car was very smoky smelling. Every tim ewe got in it, the odor was annoying. Especially since at checkout we signed a part of the contract that said we would not smoke in the vehicle. Seems it should be presented to us without smoke smell.

Pros: Excellent - The Enterprise representative was fantastic and extremely helpful.
Would definitely use Enterprise again both for myself and my business solely as a result of his professionalism and efficiency.
