Car was great and pick up was great. Drop off felt like I was getting gouged. Was charged 35gbp for a cleaning fee when the car was spotless except for some routine sand on the floorboards. Was told by the attendant that sand was a mandatory cleaning charge which I’ve never heard of in my years of travel.
